Pralines are an Americanized Swiss-French confection made with (domestically sourced) European recipe chocolate (up to 1/3 the sugar of traditional American chocolate) mixed with a variety of all-natural nut butters. We make four flavors of pralines – smooth almond, hazelnut, peanut butter and toffee-almond (which also has toffee and slivered almonds to give it some crunch), and make all four in milk, dark and (authentic) white chocolate. The resulting confection is a creamy, rich chocolate with both bold and nuanced flavors to delight the palate. Try a praline assortment today!
